Eligibility for Refunds

GizmoAgora offers refunds within 30 days of purchase for all eligible products including projectors, keyboards, mice, earphones, and speakers. To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product must not show signs of physical damage or misuse

Non-Refundable Items

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
  • Software or digital products that have been activated
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (marked as "final sale")

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-15 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

International Returns

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
